Rewrite the Homeland Security Act and scale back this leviathan. When I hear the current head of this executive agency talk about how "absurd" it is to not to give him whatever money he demands I start day dreaming about a sink hole opening up under his office building and swallowing it whole.
Jeh Johnson is asking for over $60B to fund his organization which = $250,000 per person! IBM has an operating budget of $18B for 430,000 employees and it actually makes something useful and doesn't pat you down at the airport.
